Proofing
OCC does not generally send hard proofs in the mail. Initial Setup with 1 extra proof is FREE. Additional proofs beyond 2 are charged at $ 7.50 per proof. Once we receive your order we will design the card and e-mail you a proof. The proof will be in a JPEG format or a PDF format for those on AOL. You will need to look over the proof for any mistakes. OCC does make typo errors once in a while, but it is your responsibility to find and correct those errors. You must give the final approval for your card by sending us an e-mail back before we will print the card. We will send a new proof each time there is a correction and wait for a response from you until your final approval is given.
OCC will print your order according to the industry standard of pleasing color. Exact color matching to computer monitors cannot be guaranteed.
